TOPIC: GOD'S PRESENCE; YOUR QUALIFICATION
THEME SCRIPTURE: “Certainly I will be with you…” — Exodus 3:12
PREPARATORY QUESTION
What excuse or insecurity is preventing you from responding to God's call today?
When God called Moses to confront Pharaoh and lead Israel out of Egypt, Moses did not respond with confidence. Instead, he offered a series of objections. He questioned his identity, his credibility, his ability to speak, and even asked God to send someone else. Moses saw his limitations; God saw His purpose.
God did not answer every concern by increasing Moses' confidence in himself. Instead, He redirected Moses' attention to what mattered most: "I will be with you." God's presence—not Moses' eloquence, experience, or strength—would determine the outcome.
This remains one of the greatest lessons of faith. We often disqualify ourselves because we focus on what we lack. We compare our abilities with the size of the assignment and conclude that we are inadequate. Yet God has never depended on human sufficiency to accomplish His purposes. He delights in working through people who know they need Him.
This does not mean we ignore growth or preparation. Moses had already spent years being shaped by God. But when the moment came, his greatest resource was not his training—it was God's abiding presence.
If God has placed an opportunity before you, do not allow fear or insecurity to silence your obedience. He already knows your weaknesses. His call is accompanied by His presence, His wisdom, and His strength. What He initiates, He also sustains.
Stop measuring your calling by your ability. Measure it by the faithfulness of the God who has called you.

PRAYER
Father, thank You that Your presence is greater than my limitations. Forgive me for the times I have focused more on my weaknesses than on Your power. Give me the courage to obey Your voice without hesitation. Help me to trust that wherever You lead me, You will provide everything I need to accomplish Your purpose. In Jesus' precious name, Amen.
