TOPIC: THE BLESSING OF DIVINE ENCOUNTERS

PREPARATORY QUESTION
Are you recognizing the moments God is using to redirect and transform your life or you are not sure God is transforming your life?
Some of God's greatest work in our lives happens during unexpected encounters with Him. Jacob was not looking for a spiritual experience when he stopped at Bethel. He was running from the consequences of his own actions, uncertain about his future and carrying the weight of his past. Yet it was there that God met him.
God did not begin by rehearsing Jacob's failures. Instead, He reaffirmed His covenant, promised His presence, and assured Jacob that He would accomplish His purpose in his life. Jacob's circumstances had not changed overnight, but his perspective had. He realized that God was present even in a place he had considered ordinary.
Throughout Jacob's life, God continued to meet him at strategic moments—not simply to comfort him but to redirect him. Every divine encounter invited Jacob to leave behind another layer of self-reliance and grow deeper in dependence on God.
The same remains true today. God often meets us in ordinary places, difficult seasons, unexpected conversations, or quiet moments with His Word. These encounters are not accidental. They are invitations to trust Him more, obey Him more fully, and align our lives with His purposes.
Do not overlook what God may be doing in your current season simply because it appears ordinary. A single encounter with God can reshape your perspective and set the course for the next chapter of your journey.

PRAYER
