TOPIC: HOPE FOR THE BROKEN AND THE HURTING
THEME SCRIPTURE: "The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." —Psalm 34:18
PREPARATORY QUESTION
Do you believe God is near, even when your life feels shattered?
Brokenness is not proof of abandonment. It is often the place of divine nearness. God does not waste shattered lives.
But many remain broken longer than necessary because they hide instead of healing. Pain unspoken becomes pain prolonged.
Christ is not intimidated by your collapse. He is drawn to it. But healing requires honesty.
God does not just comfort broken people—He rebuilds them. Not always as they were, but as He intends.
Key Takeaway: Christ does not avoid brokenness—He restores it.
You may be hurting today, maybe for something you had no idea or hand in it. God is close by. He is at work for you. He is bringing you through, but to make you a better person. Keep trusting Him.
God is for you.
Remain blessed.
